Greetings, Camp Walt Whitman alumni! We are excited to offer this area for “old-timers”—as well as recent CWW alumni.

While the feel of Camp Walt Whitman hasn’t changed much over the decades, the new and improved Camp Walt Whitman website provides a whole new look and feel to our online presence. Designed with the intent to truly capture the feeling of CWW, the site has new features that we know will be enjoyed by alumni and current families alike:

  • A New Alumni Section- It’s easy to register for our new Alumni Section and even easier to find fellow alumni than ever before. If you were previously registered in our alumni section on our old website, we kindly ask that you do so again. This will allow us and fellow alumni alike to stay in touch with you. Once you’ve registered, you can click here to search for and catch up with old friends.
  • New Videos about CWW- If you haven’t been to camp for a while you’ll want to view the new videos we created last summer which capture the CWW experience of today.
  • CWW Stories- the website has a great new section where featured CWW campers, staff, and alumni have the opportunity to write their “story” of what Walt Whitman means to them. Our first two featured alumni are Eric Sasson and Jocelyn Bell-McTaggart- click here to read their stories
  • Our Camp Walt Whitman blog- Yup, we’re finally joining the blogosphere. We will be updating the blog regularly throughout the year. Click here to see what’s happening in the world of Walt Whitman.

Additionally, many of our alumni enjoy spending time on our CWW Facebook page, where they can keep up on what is happening at camp as well as find old friends.

If you have pictures of your time at camp, please email them (in JPEG format) to We hope to hear from you!
