Smoothies

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until desired consistency.

BANANA/STRAWBERRY

3 large ice cubes (omit if using frozen fruit)
1 ripe banana, cut into thick slices
1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries, halved
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 cup low fat milk
1 tablespoon honey


TUMMY TAMER

1 ripe banana, cut into thick slices
1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple cubes
1 cup cranberry juice
3 large ice cubes


PICK-ME-UP

3 large ice cubes
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 peach, peeled, pitted, and roughly sliced or 1 cup frozen peach slices
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 cup low fat milk
