1 package chocolate cake mix
1 (4 oz) can pina colada mix
1/2 cup margarine
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons milk
1 (16 oz) package powdered sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup nuts (optional)
1 cup flaked coconut
Prepare cake according to package instructions for a low fat version. Bake in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Just after removing cake from oven, use handle end of wooden spoon to make holes in surface. Drizzle pina colada mix evenly over cake.
Melt margarine in saucepan. Add cocoa and milk. Bring to a full boil, remove from heat and add sugar and vanilla, mixing well. Stir in nuts and coconut. Spread frosting on cooled cake.
