Mandarin Cake

1 box butter cake mix
4 eggs
1/4 cup oil
1 can (11 oz) mandarin oranges and juice
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
1 large box instant vanilla pudding
16 oz Cool Whip

Spray three 8" pans or 2 - 9x13 pans with non-stick cooking spray. Sprinkle with sugar.

Drain oranges and save juice. Mix cake mix with eggs, oil, and juice from oranges. Fold in oranges. Pour into pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes.

For icing: Mix pineapple with juice and pudding. Mix with Cool Whip. Garnish with orange slices/strawberries/etc.

Refrigerate until served.
