Granola Bars

Nonstick cooking spray
1 egg, slightly beaten
3 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
1 cup low-fat granola
3 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 cup rolled oats
3 Tbsp. honey
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 cup mixed nuts
1/2 cup raisins

1. Preheat oven to 325 F. Line 8x8x2 - inch baking pan with foil. Lightly coat foil with cooking spray; set aside. In large bowl, combine granola, oats, flour, mixed nuts, and raisins. In small bowl, combine egg, brown sugar, oil, honey, and cinnamon. Add to granola mixture; stir until combined. Press evenly into prepared pan.

2. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool in pan on wire rack. Using foil, lift cookies from pan. Cut into bars.
